Harvinder Bhogal. Co-founder, strategy.
Harvinder is a long-time Irish ecommerce operator who has spent more than a decade building and advising direct-to-consumer brands. Now Madrid-based, he leads the OFAB commercial side: brand, supplier relationships, the trade-account proposition, and the platform that clinic owners actually use to place an order at 11pm on a Sunday.
He is the deciding voice on which brands OFAB carries. The shortlist is narrow and runs against the temptation to stock everything: a category leader, a price-aware alternative, and a third option only when there is a clinical reason. The catalogue is curated, not crammed.
James. Co-founder, operations.
James runs the Coolock warehouse and the day-to-day order book. He answers the phone. He signs off on dispatch. He is the reason a Tuesday-morning order gets to a Cork clinic before Wednesday opening. The 4.8-star Google rating across 40+ verified reviews is largely down to him.
What sets OFAB apart from a UK reseller.
- Stock held in Ireland. No customs clearance time, no Brexit duty surprises.
- VAT invoice with every order. Clean Irish accounting from day one.
- Trade-only verification. Pricing is reserved for qualified practitioners, not the general public.
- Direct supplier relationships where possible, including Profhilo by IBSA, Sunekos by Professional Derma, NEWGyn by Mastelli.
- Same-day dispatch from Coolock for orders placed before 12:30 Mon to Fri.
Regulatory awareness.
Aesthetic injectables sit at the edge of medicinal regulation. OFAB supplies products under the framework of the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) where applicable, advertises in line with the ASAI Code of Standards 7th edition, and reserves all clinical-detail content for trade-verified practitioner accounts. Where a product requires a Medicinal Cannabis Access Programme (MCAP) licence or any equivalent prescriber pathway, the practitioner is responsible for holding the relevant credential. OFAB verifies the practitioner; the practitioner remains responsible for prescribing decisions.
The business case for working with us.
Most Irish clinics today are buying from a mix of UK distributors, EU-direct vendors and cross-border resellers. The total cost includes hidden customs delays, returned packages, accounting friction, and time chasing things that should have arrived on Tuesday. OFAB consolidates that into one trade account with one warehouse and one VAT-clean paper trail. The unit price is sometimes a few euro lower, sometimes the same. The total cost of operating is meaningfully lower.
